We are an online business at the moment but operate from Manhattan, New York.

2. Are all the teas and herbs loose leaves?
No, we sell both loose leaves and tea bags.

3. Do you ship to areas outside the USA?
Yes, we do but you have to make special arrangements via email or messenger.

4. Are the products organic?
Our teas and herbs are not considered organic because we are a licinces organic business but most of them were grown as organic herbs and teas.

5. Can I return my products if I don’t like them?
Yes, within 5 business days.

6. Is the business minority owned?
Yes, it is minority owned.

7. Where do the teas and herbs come from?
They are sourced from around the world for example, we have from South Africa, Jamaica, United States, Canada, Sri Lanka, Europe etc.

8. Are the teas available as ice teas.
Yes, we currently do ice teas on a small scale but it has to be special ordered.

9. Are the herbs bitter tasting?
Most of the herbs are pleasant tasting and smelling.

10. Can teas be used as a substitute for coffee?
Some teas such as black teas are very strong and can do as good a job as coffee.
