In the 15 Days || Eat Healthy || Self-care challenge, we will to be focused on the following:

1. Organized, easy, step by step approach to healthy lifestyle

Daily instructions and guides on how to shop, organize yourself and schedule, meal prep and storage so they remain fresh longer.
You will learn new tricks that will save time but ensure you have healthy meals all day 7 days per week.

2. Fresh Start – Elevate your energy level!

When you feel sluggish or lack energy, it is not OK.
That is really your body telling you that something is off.
Getting a quick caffeine fix is definitely not the answer for low energy.
You may ask, “What can I do about that?”
Let’s go for a fresh start.
Let us help you to revamp your energy level with fresh, live vegetable, fruits and exercises.

3. Herbal-detox & Herbal-cleanse

Periodic detox and cleanses are important.
They help the body to rid itself of toxins and impurities.
They aid digestion and help the body to excrete and eliminate waste as well as boost energy.

4. Water flush is huge for us!

We are big on water drinking and water flushing the body.
Drinking adequate amounts of water is critical in order for your body to carry out daily functions adequately.
Your brain needs lots of water
Your skin needs lots of water
Even your bones need water
Since 60% of your body is made up of water. It is absolutely necessary for you to drink lots of water daily.

5. Intermittent Fasting, Zumba & Meditation

We have the most exciting classes planned for you. You will join our LIVE, daily, early morning Zumba classes for half hour.
Meditation Workshop is also one of our special features where you will learn how to relax, focus and meditate.
12 days Intermittent fasting will be done through the challenge. This is also a good way to reset your body and renew your energy.

6. Daily discussions on plant-based lifestyle, recipes and benefits

During our daily meet-up at 7PM EST, we will discuss benefits of plant-based lifestyle, exchange recipes, share stores etc.
These will be 30 - 60 minutes sessions.

7. Daily Affirmations and motivational talks

We need these every day. We cannot get enough of them.
We need to keep motivating ourselves daily so we will have motivational pep-talks regularly.
You will be allowed to share your short motivational pep-talk LIVE if you contact us to make arrangements ahead of time or you will be allowed to share your short video recording via a post it to the group.
Daily affirmations will be posted to the group so you can get your day off to a great start, in high spirit.
