Return policy

Should an item be returned, an offer will be made for store credit equal to the value of the item. No cash or card refund on purchases. Returns must be made within one week of receiving delivery of dry teas and same or next day for ready to drink products. Please email or call the number on the package immediately if you need to return an item for any reason. All returns are at customer’s expense unless we delivered the wrong product in error.
