Healthy Smoothie Challenge

October 4th -10th (Extended to the 17th)

Participants are required to replace 2 meals with a healthy smoothie each day for seven consecutive days! Join us to boost your weight loss, start your healthy eating journey or to stay healthy! To participate Join our facebook group.

Our successful Healthy Smoothie Challenge has been extended for another week. We are excited!

The extension will give more people the opportunity to participate in the challenge. Remember, this is a great way to kick-start a healthy lifestyle. Our participants are encouraged to drink lots of water during the smoothie challenge. Many people transition from smoothie challenges to a healthy eating routine. It is our goal to see our participants achieve that push.

WEEK ONE

Week one went well and participants enjoyed their new challenge. For some it was new while others have had the experience before. We had Guest Glenda Burrell share with the group on Wednesday evening about her struggles and diabetes and how she is successfully managing the disease with diet and lifestyle change. We had a great week.

SECOND WEEK

During this second week, the participants are incorporating more vegetables in their smoothies. They are continuing to drink lots of water and eat 1 salad along with 2 vegetable-based smoothies during their day. The second week started with a bang with a “Salad In A Jar” demonstration by Tamika Adams and guest appearances by Beverly and Jonny Grandison. Stay tuned to hear when we will host a Virtual Salas In A Jar Party!
